We ship from multiple fulfillment centers to bring you the widest selection of bags ♥. Orders may arrive in separate packages here's everything you need to know.

Processing Time  

All US warehouse orders are normally processed & shipped out within 2-8 business days. 

All international warehouse orders are normally processed and shipped out within 9-16 business days. 

Please note that we only process orders Monday-Friday, excluding major Holidays. All products are Made-to-Order so please allow extra time during busy seasons such as Christmas and Black Friday.

Why is my delivery taking longer than expected? 

Some items ship from our international warehouses, which can take 9–16 business days. Customs processing and carrier delays can occasionally extend this. If your item is significantly past the estimated window, please reach out to us and we'll look into it right away.

We make every effort to ensure that your order is shipped to you as soon as possible.  

Estimated shipping times:    

Please note that any shipping time stated on our website or given by customer service representatives are estimates only. Postal services are not infallible. Please allow some extra time for unforeseen delays. We will make every effort to ensure you receive your package in time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays, which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, customs clearance, weather, holidays or incorrect/insufficient shipping address information. 

Tracking Numbers 

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email for each package. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive more than one tracking email. Use each tracking number to follow your packages individually.

Your tracking number(s) will be provided to you by email once your item(s) have been shipped. Please allow a 1-3 days for the shipping company to activate/update your tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number within 10 business days, please contact us with your name, email, and order number!
